Our rye bread and sourdough bread is handmade with 100% sourdough starter and locally sourced ingredients. Our kitchen is registered for commercial use with Ballarat City Council as a bakery.
Specializing in Danish rye bread, our Ballarat based bakery also does Dark Walnut Sourdough and Light Sourdough bread and special edition runs to test the market. We bake weekly as required and accept larger orders, currently we have capacity to bake 24 loaves in one batch.
Based in Ballarat, VIC, Danish people all over Australia crave Danish Rye Bread. We ship up to two loaves for $19 and up to four loaves for $25 added at checkout, express post, usually arrives in 72 hours, except WA.
