ABOUT viking bread

I am originally from Denmark and, along with other Danes, I miss the Danish Rye Bread, it is delicious and healthy. Settling in Ballarat,VIC I have been baking for myself for 15 years. In 2020 I got bored and started baking large batches of bread which I gave away. Friends and family told me I needed to charge people. 

March 2021 I created Viking Bread  as a hobby business, selling to people at work. 

By May it had grown too big to be a hobby,  it was a full on bakery, we are now fully registered with Ballarat City Council and also have insurance and public liability.

July 2021 we started sending bread to Danes interstate, this is going well and customers are ecstatic they can get decent Rye Bread.

We will launch the Regular Vikings subscription program, fridge magnets and more merchandise will be coming out in future, next in line is stubby holders.
